A4G is looking for highly motivated people to fill in the following job openings:
*Advertising Account Manager
As an account manager, your mission will be to serve as a link between our clients and the different departments at A4G. Your daily tasks consist of operating as a salesperson to the clients and making sure their campaigns are meeting the set objectives.
As an Affiliate Manager, your mission consists of managing a portfolio of affiliates: Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each one of the affiliates in your portfolio and making sure they are linking them with the right campaigns.
Desired Skills & Experience
You will bring your sales skills to pro-actively seek and develop new business with the relevant decision-makers. We are looking for highly motivated people who can evolve quickly and take key positions and responsibilities within AD4GAME.
Moreover, you will be bound by neither a particular geographical location nor a specific industry. AD4GAME current clients come from a variety of industries and include many well known brands such as Sony Online Entertainment, Disney, Electronic Arts, Nexon etc…
To be successful in this role, you need:
–Experience in sales and/or online advertising with the confidence to sell to senior marketers.
-The ability to listen and interpret information given by the client in order to come up with an advertising solution in accordance with his goals and objectives.
-Strong communication skills.
-Deep business insight to be able to identify the media buying needs of your clients and target your leads accordingly. You’ll gain experience in finding your own new leads to strategically build a portfolio.
-Excellent organization skills: data need to be entered and managed through the CRM on a timely basis.
-Team work mindset.
