Founded in 1954 MTA S.p.A. is a global leading company in the design and production of a wide range of electrical and electronic components developed for world-leading car, motorcycle, truck and tractor manufacturers.

MTA Italian heaquarters are situated in Codogno and Rolo. The main production is located in these two plants (electromechanical products in Codogno and electronic products in Rolo) together with the test facilities and the R&D department, real pride of the company. Besides these two headquarters MTA operates with 8 other foreign production plants: MTA Brasil, MTA India, MTA Poland, MTA Slovakia, MTA USA, MTA China, MTA Mexico and MTA Morocco.

With this new opening the materials and the components for the electromechanical products will arrive at the factory equipped for plastic molding and assembly, and then the finished product will be delivered to some of Europe’s leading car manufacturers, as well as the Tier 1s which established in Morocco to produce vehicles for the EMEA market.

Kenitra plant covers an area of 50,000 m², including space for offices, assembly, plastics molding, and R&D where engineers and specialized technicians will work.

Human Resources Generalist

He/she will be responsible to manage HR documentation, hiring process, interviews, registration of new employees into HR program, training plan, presentation of HR KPI.

In particular, he/she will be responsible for:
– hiring/termination procedures;
– monitoring the attendances/payroll;
– managing the company HR statistics and reporting to the headquarter;
– planning the need of HR and their training;
– choosing the most appropriate sources for the recruitment and following the recruitment process (CV screening, interviews and their follow up).

The requirements for this position are:
– necessary good knowledge of English; 
– human resources degree;
– computer skills: MS Office – good;
– experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing company;
– personal skills: problem solving, flexibility, team player.

The person will report to the Plant Manager locally and to HR Corporate functionally.
Work location: Kenitra

 Embedded Software Engineer

The candidate we are looking for will be involved in the analysis of customer specifications; analysis and design of software architecture; coding and debugging of the software.

The necessary requirements are:
– Degree in Electronic Engineering / IT / Telecommunications;
– Experience in design, coding and debugging of software for embedded systems, based on 16/32 bit microprocessors;
– Good knowledge of English.

The preferred skills are:
– Experience in the automotive industry;
– Knowledge of CAN / LIN bus, control systems, LCD / TFT display systems;
– Knowledge of MATLAB, Stateflow and Simulink modeling systems; 
– Knowledge of AUTOSAR;
– Knowledge of tools for static and dynamic analysis of the code for the quality of the software;
– Knowledge of real-time operating systems: Osek, QNX, Linux, Android;
– Knowledge of software development according to the ASPICE / CMMI methodology.

Hardware Engineer

 Finance Manager

MTA is looking for a dynamic Finance Manager for its Morocco subsidiary based in Kenitra.

Duties and reponsabilities
Reporting directly to the local Plant Manager, the primary responsibility will be to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance for the subsidiary and will include the following tasks:
• Preparation of monthly and annual P&L, balance sheet and cash flow;
• Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes;
• Set up of a management accounting and controlling system;
• Ensure compliance with local, national and corporate reporting requirements;
• Review financial reporting to identify potential risks and significant deviations from budget and plans. Work with stakeholders to develop solutions in a timely manner;
• Liaise with external auditors / advisors to ensure full compliance to local accounting, tax and Morocco Ministry requirements for special financing in a timely manner;
• Cash management and treasury duties;
• Development, maintain and improve relations with financial and banking institutions;
• Work with subsidiary Plant Manager and to Mother Company CFO to review processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy of subsidiary finance area;
• Work close to the Plant Manager to develop and review the strategic plan and budget and to address local subsidiary issues;
• Optimize processes and projects relevant to foreign GAAP transition, transfer pricing, monitoring of KPIs.

Required experience and personal features
• Degree in Economics or Business Administration;
• Minimum 15 years of working experience;
• Minimum 5 years as chief or responsible of a finance department;
• Experience in working with multinational BtB manufacturing companies with foreign mother company;
• Working experience both with jobs’ accounting and mass production accounting;
• Knowledge of both local GAAPs and international ones (IAS / IFRS or US GAAP experience);
• Broad experience in finance area (general and management accounting, controlling, treasury and risk management) and fiscal area (international tax topics a plus);
• Extensive experience with ERPs (SAP) and literacy with most common software;
• Proactive approach, self-starter in developing and expanding business environments;
• Confidence, flexibility and excellent communication skills to work with different people from different countries in a dynamic and international environment;
• Ability to simultaneously execute multiple tasks and projects under pressure;
• Logical thinking and decision making capabilities;
• Fluency in English.

 Operations Manager

A new opportunity has arisen for a passionate Operations Manager to join our Plant Leadership Team in Kenitra, Morocco.
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the new Operations Manager will be tasked with achieving all operational related objectives relating to production maintenance and logistic. Moreover, this leader should create a winning team through coaching, mentoring and driving continuous improvement initiatives as well as providing accurate and timely communication to the customer.

As Operations Manager, the main responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):
• Building and motivating a team within Production, Maintenance and Logistics.
• Oversee the implementation and results of actions from day shift to achieve the Plant targets.
• Drive the use of Lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and cycle times within the Plant.

 Production Scheduling Supervisor

He / she will be responsible for:
– Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products;
– Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay;
– Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand;
– Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations;
– Schedule shift according to production needs;
– Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget;
– Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption;

The requirements for this position are:

– Excellent knowledge of production planning & scheduling, and analysis of customer fluctuations;
– Good knowledge of SAP system;
– Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning);
– Knowledge of MS Office;
– Good at math and statistics;
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
– Excellent communication abilities.
