Comptable Fournisseur
Dans le cadre de sa croissance, Hexcel, leader sur son marché, recrute un(e) comptable fournisseur F/H pour intégrer le site de Hexcel Casablanca, Maroc.
Activités principales:
- Participation dans les travaux de la clôture mensuelle des comptes, et veiller au respect des délai de reporting (3rd working day).
- Preparation du monthly intercompany netting.
- Traitement de la comptabilité Fournisseurs/comptabilité Clients, et opération de Clôture.
- Analyse des comptes GL et check des imputations analytiques.
- Gérer la relation avec les banques locales
Compétences requises:
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en accounting & finance.
- Bac + 4 en comptabilité et finance
- Maitrise de Microsoft Excel, Sage et Microsoft dynamics

Manufacturing Engineer
Hexcel is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for our Casablanca, Morocco location.
The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
- Supports plant’s safety, quality, and profit objectives.
- Provides technical support and program management to develop new and support existing business for Morocco plant.
- Provide hands on assistance to production and plant personnel.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously and introduces new work to plant.
- Assists production operation to ensure lowest cost production, best technology manufacturing processes and attainment of all customer requirements.
- Performs reviews of new drawings/specifications and associated revisions.
- Performs cost estimating function.
- Provides timely and accurate ERP bills of materials and routings, process planning, tooling design and part sketches for assigned programs.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and other problem analysis with the usage of various statistical methods including those in the Six Sigma tool box.
- Use lean techniques for process analysis and product improvement.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree in a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering schools
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on troubleshooting abilities with mechanical equipment.
- Fluency in English and French
- Master Catia
- Green belt certified is a plus
- Aerospace composite industry preferred.

Quality Engineer
Hexcel is currently seeking a Quality Engineer for our Casablanca, Morocco location.
The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
- Undertake investigations, quality projects and data/statistical analysis exercises for the department to support customer and business initiatives and quality improvement.
- Contribute/lead as appropriate continuous improvement and site-specific quality projects.
- Support quality system and process reviews to ensure Plant QMS is robust and opportunities for improvement are addressed.
- Become familiar with Hexcel software systems, global and local, used to support QC and QA with a view to assisting with problem resolution both internally and externally.
- Understand and support the maintenance of site AX2012, Pilgrim and Velocity systems for customer specification requirements and internal documentation systems.
- Champion ancillary tasks (including 5S, LEAN, continuous improvement, etc.) in support of the day-to-day running of the Quality Department.
- Analyze technical requirements of contracts, drawings and specifications to develop plans for product quality.
- Create and maintain quality documentation when required by customer or internal system.
- Know and apply all applicable customer specifications and procedural requirements.
- Conduct internal and external audits as required.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree in a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering schools
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in a manufacturing industry in quality department.
- Hands-on troubleshooting abilities with mechanical equipment.
- Strong technical analysis skills.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with measurement and inspection equipment.
- Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.

Engineering Manager
Hexcel is currently seeking an Engineering Manager for our Casablanca, Morocco location.
The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
- Provides technical direction for the development, design, and management of manufacturing processes, and applies knowledge of industry and customer requirements to develop robust processes
- Provide the right support to operation ensuring clear work instruction and process definition by helping identify process deficiencies and leads the implementation of effective solutions.
- Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Ensures technical teams are contributing to meeting company objectives.
- Lead the CI effort in the plant brining saving opportunities and new systems to support operational excellence in the plant
- Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project.
- Ensure NPI deployment at plant following APQP methodology and customer requirement
- Provide guidance and insight to upper management as required
- Deliver work products consistently, on time and on budget
- Identify and follow the capital project needs and ensure the right spending in place
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree from engineering school: EMI, ENSEM, ENSAM, ENSMR, AUI..
- Experience of 8 years in manufacturing companies with at least 5 years in a management position is mandatory
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical problem-solving abilities
- CAD tools are a plus
- Green belt certified
- Language: French – Fluent, English – Fluent
