Cette nouvelle usine qui n’est que la première phase du projet lancé par TE Connectivity au Maroc a nécessité un investissement de 40 millions de dirhams et devrait générer 400 nouveaux emplois.
Le site construit sur une superficie de 2 100 m2 est centré sur les ensembles câblés spéciaux et sera consacré au câblage et à la fabrication des produits pour application automobile notamment les camions detransport, les bus et les camionnettes.
La deuxième phase du projet prévoit un nouveau site de production sur 6000 m2.

HR SOLUTIONS PARTNER II
Mission
The Human Resources Partner will be responsible for all aspects of human resource function for BU, including recruitment, retention, talent development, implementation of TE HR policies / systems / procedures, and labour relations.
Tasks & Responsabilities

- Be first point of contact for the BU in all HR related matters and act as the general liaison between employees, managers, and departments to practically solve diverse HR issues
- Effectively ensure quality and timely delivery of all HR Services to meet business needs
- Ensures legal compliance with all applicable employment laws (local law, Anti-Discrimination & Harassment, etc.) as well as all company policies and procedures within the BU site
- Overall responsible for the full cycle recruiting and applicant management, the local new hire onboarding process, and all employee training activities in a cost and time effective manner
- Handles termination processes, including exit interviews
- Ensures local follow up of global and regional HR programs such as annual performance review and employee engagement,
- Reviews training programs and makes recommendations to provide opportunities for continued growth and development for staff
- Implements and executes employee relations programs / practices in the Site in order to create a “great place to work”
- Completes special projects as assigned by management and work closely with BU HR in developing initiatives to support the business
Educational Degree:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
Professional Experience ( years in what processes and functions would be ideal)

- Approx. 5 years of experience in various HR assignments
- Experience of working within a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive or production industry
Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced, international matrix organisation
- Strong organizational skills
- Broad knowledge of social and labour law
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills as well as good knowledge of interviewing techniques
